I really enjoyed this perfect hotel, especially new-fashioned rooms and magnificent location. The breakfast deal was delicious and great with juices and excellant coffee and beans. Everything was good as expected, yet the bathroom was cold.
Their staff were a bit slow.

Everything is first-class here, had a really lovely stay for a business trip. The breakfasts are delicious and great in the hotel, with excellent coffee and olives and juices. It is reasonably priced.

Altis Prime is in a quiet area, far from noisy tourist activity, but closed enough to the metro and the main boulevard. The hotel staff have been wonderful to us! Many thanks to Daniela and Lurdes who did their best to make our stay so enjoyable, to let us know Lisboa in the best way, to help us with all we needed. And thanks to all the others in the staff I did not catch the name of. The architect did a good job, the design is not only fine, it's functional as well. Our suite is spacious, the entrance area is large, the kitchen is big enough. There were enough wardrobes, two in the bedroom and one at the entrance, it's how it's supposed to be. I am impressed! Congratualtion for the choice of furniture. The sofa and the chairs are of good quality, design and good to sit on. The bed is very good. Hard mattress is good for a bad back. The zacuzzi on the rooftop is fantastic.
The Altis prime as I learned is from 2010. It's a pity that there is no direct way to the "old" Altis where there is a pool and a health club. I had to get out of the hotel, walk around the corner to get into the pool. The pool has warm water, perhaps too warm to swim, but good for the body after massage. There is a long list for different kinds of massage. The pool area is so worn out. The steel frame of the glassroof is rusty, the showers are not good. The Old Altis needs to be refurbished, and I guess this is what you are going to do. With a new pool and health club, and direct access from Prime, this will be a 5 stars hotel. Why do we need to pay for internet and coffee? Not that we need coffee, but it costs you very little to give free internet. My advice to you is to put it in the price, and you will have very happy guests. The badroom has very good design except for one little thing: the shower has no door. The floor got wet and I had to use the towels to dry up, not very "green" when I need new towels evey day!

Good location, helpful staff and comfortable and nice rooms.
We requested 2 single beds but got 1 double. However staff were very helpful and quickly arranged for a single bed in the room.

I had a nice stay for a business trip, glad I've chosen it. The breakfast was delicious and great with plenty of delicacies. The location was great and lovely and close to a park and a river. The lunch in Os Tibetanos close to the hotel had every choice imaginable. Everything was perfect, I recommend.

We really enjoyed sun deck and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable parking and good room-service.
For the hotel of such level it should be better to provide free coffee/tea/water in the rooms. Our room was smaller than promised 50 sq.meters, though it was still spacious and comfortable.
